The Waterstone Community Association (WCA) owns and maintains the community's common areas that include the park, green spaces, ponds and infrastructure (roads, bridges, sidewalks, walls, storm water management system). WCA operates the private gated entrance that is manned 24/7. WCA was established on April 19, 2010 and the property owners assumed control of the Association from the developer on April 6, 2016.
